Grand Opening - The Tutoring Center, Allen!

Congratulations to Dr. Apiwan! Dr. Born is the second generation teacher and educator. Learning from her late mother who was an elementary school teacher, Dr. Born has always made student success her mission. She believes that every child is special in their own way, and thus creating the right learning environment will enable them to reach their highest potential.

After spending two decades teaching in higher education, she witnessed many struggling college students who were inattentive or simply lacked fundamental study habits. If only they had proper training prior to entering college, they would have had greater academic success. By fostering a rigorous learning experience; she believes, The Tutoring Center’s The Rotational Approach to Learning and intense One-to-One Instruction is the solution to today’s learning problems. She is looking forward to helping children in Allen and its nearby area to excel in school and exhibit good character.
